Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Front Desk Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, delivering outstanding customer service, and making reservations. Additionally, maintaining effective communication with clients and staff will be a key component of the role.

• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
