Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Schedule and manage appointments using the clinics software system.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other team members for smooth operations.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to organizational protocols.
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash/transaction records.
Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and inventory checks when needed.
Provide information on services, packages, and promotions.
Address and resolve minor client concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

PG (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills in English, with good proficiency in Telugu and Hindi.
Well-groomed appearance with a pleasant and confident personality.
Prior experience in a front desk/reception role, preferably in a wellness, healthcare, or hospitality environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Customer-focused attitude with a polished and professional appearance.
