Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the face of our clinic and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients/clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage front desk activities including appointments, patient registrations, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff for smooth clinic operations.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain patient records, billing, and data entry in ERP/CRM systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
• Assist with administrative and support tasks as required by the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Any discipline).
• Experience: 0–3 years in front office/reception/customer service (Healthcare or Wellness preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Pleasant personality, good grooming, and a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
