Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist 📍 Location: ABPL Building, Sector 63, Noida 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site 📅 Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers may apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our office located in ABPL Building, Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage the front desk area and maintain office security by following safety procedures Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mails Maintain visitor logs and ensure all guests are signed in Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and documentation Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning Requirements: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks High school degree or equivalent; a diploma in office administration is a plus What We Offer: Friendly and professional work environment Fixed working hours and paid leaves Learning and growth opportunities within the company Exposure to administrative and operational functions How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to swati.agarwal@unvii.com with the subject line: “Application for Front Desk Receptionist – Noida”.
