Role and Responsibilities

As the face of our clinic, your role as Receptionist will encompass a range of pivotal responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome esteemed patients as they enter the clinic premises.
• Manage appointments and ensure a smooth scheduling process for both dental and cosmetic services.
• Answer inquiries regarding our services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing queries and providing necessary guidance.
• Maintain a pristine reception area, reflecting the clinic's commitment to excellence.
• Manage client records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to uphold operational efficiency.
• Make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate possesses:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (or a willingness to learn from scratch).
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele. (in English and Tamil. Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu is an added advantage)
• Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments and inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in using office software and systems for record-keeping.
• A professional and courteous demeanour that embodies the clinic's ethos.
• An understanding of dental and cosmetic procedures (preferred, but not mandatory).
