Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors, offering assistance and ensuring a professional reception experience.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in setting up meetings.
  • Handle courier and mail services — incoming and outgoing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and reception area.
  • Support HR/Admin in daily operational tasks and employee coordination.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and assist in procurement coordination.
  • Maintain attendance sheets, contact lists, and other basic documentation.
  • Assist during office events, meetings, or HR engagement activities when required.
