We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Sales Executive with diverse experience in sales, particularly in the real estate and commercial property sectors. This hybrid role is based in Kolkata, with the flexibility to work from home during emergencies. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting our business centre and coworking spaces, attracting clients, and providing end-to-end customer support while driving overall sales performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients for business centres and coworking spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, particularly those in need of premium office solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on trends in coworking and flexible workspaces.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client inquiries, property tours, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive footfall to the business centre.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their tenancy.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or commercial property.
- Strong understanding of coworking spaces and business centres in today’s competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to specific target audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and tools such as CRM systems is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
