Jode Technologies Pvt Ltd is a young and fast-growing Startup in Fintech Domain specialized in solutions for Banking, Financial Institutions and Merchants.

We are founded on the Vision to build technology to enable seamless financial and payment transactions and provide a comprehensive digital platform to Banks and Merchant segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in basic administrative tasks
• Support the Admin work daily office operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC/Graduate
• 0–6 Month of experience in a receptionist or front office role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
• Must be

  presentable, polite, and professional

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Salary & Benefits:

  Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month (depending on experience and skills)
