Job Overview

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for customers at a newly launched game zone and café. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling billing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage check-ins for gaming sessions and café seating.
• Provide information on games, packages, offers, and menu items.
• Handle customer bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
• Process billing and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Support overall customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and escalating when necessary.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
• A customer-first and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
