We are looking for a young, energetic, and people-friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Forrest Hostel in Bandra East. This is the perfect opportunity for someone starting their career in hospitality, eager to interact with travelers from around the world, and passionate about creating a welcoming community.

Role & Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs with professionalism.
Handle daily operations at the front desk, including reservations and guest queries.
Use basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.) for administrative tasks.
Assist with social media updates and hostel communications.
Organize and create fun activities/events for young travelers to foster community engagement.
Provide guests with local insights and recommendations, with a general understanding of Mumbai.
Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

Age: 20–30 years
Gender: Open to all
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Reception / Hospitality / Sales (preferred)
Skills: Strong communication, basic computer knowledge, interest in cross-cultural interactions, community building, and social media.

Job Details:

Timings: 1 PM – 10 PM
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 (depending on experience)
