Global Event Company India is a 15 year old established Venue Construction Agency with Qualified and Experienced professionals. Spearheaded by Saif Siddiqui (Founder & Proprietor) The company has envisioned to capture the national and international event market. Events/Exhibition/Entertainment/Weddings The Role You Will Be Responsible For Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation. Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible. Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls. Receiving mail and arranging dispatch. Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services and IT industry. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. You have good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments What's on Offer?
