Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Executive
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Education: Graduate (preferred); fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
Maintain visitor logs and handle appointments
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
Administrative Tasks:
Manage office supplies and inventory
Handle filing, documentation, and data entry
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support HR and accounts departments with basic admin tasks
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Time management and multitasking
Professional appearance and behavior
Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary)
