As a Front Office Executive at our academy, your primary responsibility will be to manage the reception area and ensure the smooth daily operations. You will play a crucial role in handling student and parent inquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, providing accurate information about courses, admissions, and schedules. - Maintain student records, attendance, and other administrative documents. - Handle student inquiries, admission processes, and enrollment formalities. - Assist in scheduling and coordinating classes, faculty meetings, and events. - Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and visitor logs. - Coordinate with faculty and support staff for smooth academic operations. - Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming. - Handle basic administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Previous experience in a front office, reception, or administrative role (preferably in an educational institution). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. - Ability to multitask and handle queries efficiently. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude. In addition to the mentioned responsibilities and qualifications, the preferred skills for this role include experience with student management software or CRM tools, knowledge of admission procedures and academic regulations, and multilingual skills if required for our academy's demographic. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location of work is in person.
