The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads or sales. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services. Explain product features and benefits, and answer customer questions. Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team if required. Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads. Maintain a database of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and updated records. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales. Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns. Adhere to company policies and scripts while maintaining a personalized approach. Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. Customer Handling: Ability to engage with different types of customers and handle objections effectively. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales or lead generation targets. Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
