Ltd. is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, assisting students and visitors, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and clients in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding study abroad opportunities. • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars for counselors and management. • Provide basic information about our services, programs, and admission procedures. • Maintain and update student records, documents, and office files. • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier management. • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports. • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times. • Support the team in organizing seminars, events, and meetings. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude. • Knowledge of study abroad programs and visa procedures is a plus.
