Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the office. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence. Maintain visitor logs and security protocols for office access. Provide support to the office team as required. Requirements: Prior experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
