Front desk and reception duties

  • Visitor and call management:

    Greet and direct visitors, answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take messages.
  • First point of contact:

    Provide basic information about the company's products or services to visitors and callers.
  • Reception area maintenance:

    Keep the reception area tidy and professional.
  • Security:

    Control access via the reception desk, monitor logbooks, and issue visitor badges.

Administrative duties

  • Communication and correspondence:

    Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Record keeping:

    Manage and organize important files, documents, and records, including data entry and filing.
  • Office supplies:

    Monitor and order office supplies, keeping inventory up to date.
  • Scheduling:

    Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments.
  • Administrative support:

    Assist with general administrative tasks for various departments, as requested.

Additional responsibilities

  • Event coordination:

    Help coordinate office events, meetings, or staff travel.
  • Data compilation:

    Gather information and compile data for necessary reports.
  • Policy adherence:
