Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
