Key Responsibilities:

● Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.

● Maintain appointment schedules and manage conference room bookings.

● Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

● Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.

● Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

● Support visitor registration and enforce front desk security protocols.

● Coordinate with internal departments (Admin, IT, HR) for smooth front office operations.

● Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, or events.

● Take initiative in supporting additional administrative duties or special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred.

Required Skills:

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

● A professional, polished appearance and demeanor.

● Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle diverse tasks efficiently.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
