Job Title: Experienced Front Office Receptionist for Ayurveda Hospital

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist with a background in Ayurveda or Allopathic hospitals to manage our reception area, handle patient inquiries and coordinate Ayurvedic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Management: Greet and register patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries and provide clear instructions.

- Administrative Tasks: Answer calls, manage records, maintain patient confidentiality and perform administrative duties.

- Ayurvedic Knowledge: Familiarity with Ayurvedic treatments, therapies and hospital operations.

- Communication: Liaise with doctors, therapists and other staff regarding patient care and treatment plans.

- Organizational Skills: Maintain organized records, manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties.

Requirements

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Ayurveda hospitals or related healthcare settings.

- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Education: completed Plus Two .

- Language: Proficiency in local languages and English.
