Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and professional Front Desk Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in/check-out experience. She should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures, guest registration, and room assignment
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations using hotel management software
• Maintain visitor records and ensure guest documentation is completed accurately
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
• Handle administrative duties such as email correspondence, printing, and filing
• Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist in the hospitality industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional, and customer-service focused
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

Preferred Qualities:

• Fluency in English and local language
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
