Front Desk Executive

You will be responsible for greeting members and visitors in a professional manner and answering calls to provide information about services and memberships. Additionally, you will handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations, while ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized. You will also assist with general administrative tasks and address customer service issues as needed. To qualify for this position, previous customer service experience is required, with a background in fitness being a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work flexible hours. Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness is also advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the location or plan to relocate before starting work. A diploma is preferred for education, and having 1 year of total work experience is also preferred. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred for this role.
