Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at Olympus Hospital, located in Rajkot. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for handling daily receptionist duties, answering phone calls, managing appointments, providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors, and maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment. The role involves effective communication and ensuring a seamless administrative experience for all stakeholders.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Communication abilities
• Proficient Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties expertise
• Solid experience or aptitude in delivering excellent Customer Service
• Organizational and time management skills to handle front desk operations efficiently
• Attention to detail and proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer software
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous
• Graduate or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
