Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 year of experience in a Real Estate

A real estate receptionist's job description includes greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front desk area. Key duties also involve managing incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence, performing administrative tasks like filing and data entry, and assisting with property listings or client inquiries. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, professionalism, and often familiarity with real estate software. Key responsibilities

  • Client and visitor management: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and prospective tenants in a warm and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and faxes.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for agents, including property viewings. Manage calendars and schedules for the office.
  • Administrative support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and faxing. Assist with preparing and distributing promotional materials and paperwork.
  • Office maintenance: Keep the reception area and general office space clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Database management: Maintain and update client and property databases and records.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate software is often preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate terms and processes.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
