Job Description

The Front Desk Executive role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk. You will be responsible for managing front office operations, greeting guests, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Your key responsibilities will include day-to-day front desk duties such as check-ins/outs and billing, answering phone calls and emails, and responding to inquiries. You will greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, conduct room visits and room checks, and coordinate with housekeeping teams for room condition. Handling guest requests and grievances by coordinating with respective teams, as well as managing administrative tasks and documentation, will be part of your role. You will also manage scheduling, appointments, and maintain the front office calendar. It is essential to maintain a clean and organized reception area, collaborate with other departments for smooth office operations, and uphold company policies and procedures with confidentiality. Candidates for this position should be graduates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write professional emails, draft documents, and create presentations. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, along with interpersonal skills, are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are desired qualities. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for this in-person work location.,
