Job Opening: Front Desk Executive cum Tele caller Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai Full-time | Real Estate Agency Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive cum Telecaller to join our real estate agency in Kamothe. The role requires handling front desk responsibilities, client interactions, and telecalling for lead generation and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in clients & visitors. Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately. Make outbound calls for property inquiries, lead generation, and follow-up with prospective clients. Maintain visitor records, client databases, and appointment schedules. Support the sales team with telecalling and client coordination. Provide basic information about properties/projects to clients. Manage daily office administration and front desk operations. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate. Experience: 0-6Months preferred (Real Estate / Hospitality / Customer Service). communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi). Pleasant personality, good telephone etiquette & convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,WhatsApp Business). Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience). Incentives on successful conversions.
