Front Desk Executive

RECEPTIONIST /FRONT DESK EXECUITVE

CTC up to: 3 LPA

Location; Lower parel, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Handling enquiries and providing information to callers, visitors, and staff.
• Managing the distribution of packages, inward and outward couriers.
• Providing administrative support to different departments as needed.
• Coordinating with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Desired Skills & Experience - Education & Experience

• Education : Post-Graduate/Graduate
• Experience : 2-4 years
• Possess Strong analytical, & organizational abilities
• Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
• Location- Mumbai- (One who staying near to our office is preferred.)
• Notice Period : Immediate Joining
