Front Desk Executive

The reception desk is the first impression of Imperial College- a place where visitors, parents, students, and staff feel welcomed, guided, and respected. We are seeking a Receptionist who can represent the values of warmth, professionalism, and efficiency while being the first point of contact at our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front-desk logs.
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Ensure the reception area is always neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Coordinate with staff for smooth communication across departments.
• Provide accurate information about college services, programs, and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Prior experience as receptionist/front desk executive preferred (education/hospitality background a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
• Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
