Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Commerce

We are seeking dynamic, qualified, and passionate educators for the position of Lecturer / Assistant Professor in Commerce. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence, innovation, and student mentorship.

The lecturer/Sr. lecturer responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and seminars in Commerce and related subjects such as Accounting, Business Studies, and Taxation.
• Design curriculum and develop lesson plans aligned with academic standards and learning objectives.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and active classroom participation.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship, supporting students in both curricular and extracurricular pursuits.
• Participate actively in departmental initiatives, research activities, and the overall development of the institution.
• Assist in planning and conducting seminars, workshops, and other academic events.
• Undertake administrative responsibilities, including student admissions, induction programs, and participation in various committees and clubs.
• Foster academic collaboration and build institutional linkages with other colleges, universities, and organizations.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered
