Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Gurugram. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting visitors, managing appointment schedules, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. The Front Desk Executive will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients and visitors.

• Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus
