Role Overview:

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage the front desk and handle client interactions. Candidates from hospitality, front office, or customer service backgrounds will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients/visitors politely.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain front desk records and assist with scheduling.
• Provide general support to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
• Hospitality / front office experience preferred.
• Polite, professional, and well-organized.

Working Hours:

• Timmings: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday Timmings: 10 AM - 2 PM
• 4th Saturdays Off
