Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, guiding them within the office

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently

  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills
