Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Sales in day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities Handle inbound and outbound sales communication (calls, emails, follow-ups) Generate, qualify, and track leads as directed by the Head of Sales Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and periodic sales reports Coordinate meetings, client interactions, and follow-ups on behalf of the Head of Sales Manage calendar, appointments, travel plans, and meeting schedules Act as the primary point of contact between the Head of Sales and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist in coordination of client visits, reviews, and business meetings Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Sales to support business growth
