Front Desk Executive- Kolkata

ASG Eye Hospitals is a chain of super specialty eye hospitals in India. It offers a comprehensive range of eye care services including treatment and surgeries of the Retina, Cataract, Squint, Oculoplasty, Cornea, Lasik, ICL, Glaucoma, and Paediatric Ophthalmology. Currently, the group has 165+ Eye Hospitals across 83+ cities in India.

We are looking to hire for the below position on an immediate basis.

Location-Kolkata

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1) Need to reach hospital on time and cross check proper cleanliness of Reception Area, Proper working condition of internet, PC, Printers, Music System, Telephone Lines & Swiping Machine, Check that the Diffusers are working or not.

2) Monitoring front desk stationary like Patient OPD file, Prescription, MRD & other information testimonials are available and arranged in order.

3) Timely and quick reporting to the senior patient care coordinator front desk in case of shortage of front desk testimonials.

4) Ensuring front desk flower pots with fresh flower & Sanitizer is available placed in order.

5) Monitoring front desk collogues are greeting patients with smile.

6) Checking pending file status and all released files are properly stamped with date and time of arrival of patient.

7) Reception staffs are not giving files directly to patient after registration.

8) Does real time attune billing.

9) Reporting to immediate authority in case of link failure.

10) Timely cash closure and reporting.

11) Before leaving from hospital collect all MRD files from doctors chamber and arrange them properly in MRD room and also maintain MRD room cleanliness.

12) Should give follow up to Due balance patients

13) While receiving or doing call from front desk staff must say NAMSHAKAR ASG EYE HOSPITAL

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Background in the Hospital or Healthcare Industry is preferred.
• Should be presentable and soft-spoken and should enjoy interacting with people.
• Preferred both - Male & Female
• Ready to work on Sunday
