Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Gurgaon Rural. As a Front Desk Executive, you will manage daily front office operations, greet and assist visitors, handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, and provide excellent customer service. Administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact and contribute to creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette and professional Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Customer Service and proven ability to address client needs
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is an advantage
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with office software
• High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certifications in office management or customer service are a plus
