Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 year of experience in a Realestate

Receptionist cum Telecaller in real estate handles front-desk duties by greeting clients and managing calls, and performs sales support tasks by contacting potential clients, providing information on properties, and managing client data. Key responsibilities include answering calls, managing visitors, maintaining a presentable reception area, scheduling appointments, conducting outbound calls to leads, and using CRM systems to track client information. Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Visitor Management: Greet and direct clients, visitors, and guests to the appropriate person or office.
  • Phone Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, and make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Property Information & Sales Support: Provide detailed information about real estate projects and services in a clear and positive manner.
  • Scheduling & Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate agents.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client records and other relevant information in the company's system.
  • Office & Mail Management: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Address general inquiries, complaints, and provide information to clients about the company.

Required Skills

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication for both in-person and phone interactions.
  • Sales & Persuasion: The ability to persuade and negotiate to explain property details to potential buyers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools to manage and organize client information efficiently.
  • Customer Service: A courteous and welcoming approach to interacting with clients and visitors.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to maintain records, manage mail, and keep the front desk presentable.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to address customer needs and resolve minor issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
