We are looking for Front Desk Executive for one well known Agrochemical industry. Job Opening: Front Desk Executive Location: Yelahanka Working days : 5 days About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and delivering a welcoming experience to visitors and employees. Key Responsibilities: Front desk operations Manage visitor movement and employee headcount Issue badges and escort guests to senior employees Handle telecommunication and maintain security attendance Monthly data entry of headcount Master key and invoice handling Track incoming couriers Coordinate hygiene services and housekeeping Administrative Support: Oversee housekeeping and pantry management Manage vendor relationships and event coordination Schedule meetings and book conference rooms Block calendars and present monthly reports Coordinate landscaping with vendors Travel Management: Handle domestic and international travel bookings Arrange flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and cab services Qualifications & Skills: Graduate  1 year to 3 years experience in front desk or administrative roles Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and data entry Ability to multitask and manage vendors effective Interested candidate please apply at hemangi.more@pousse.in with below details Updated resume Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period current location
