Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Administrator, located in Mumbai. The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, handling administrative assistance tasks, and managing faxes. The role involves day-to-day interaction with clients and team members, ensuring smooth administrative operations and maintaining an organized front office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties and providing Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance for bookings and handling Visa application tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in the mining or metals industry is beneficial
• Overviewing Housekeeping and getting work done
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Sharp, multitasker and ability to adapt to fast paced environment
