The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. She will also play a key role in business promotion through social media platforms and maintaining long-term client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage the front desk operations and warmly welcome clients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients. Handle client queries, bookings, and appointments with professionalism. Assist clients in understanding services, styles, and offerings. Promote Zaheer & Sons on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.) with creative posts and engagement strategies. Coordinate with the tailoring team to ensure timely client updates. Maintain client database and follow-up schedules. Requirements: Female candidate with a pleasant and confident personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of social media marketing and online promotion. Well-organized, client-focused, and proactive.
