Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Front Office Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and handle courier dispatch and receipt.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with administrative support.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update client databases accurately.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
  • Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Support the HR/Admin team with documentation and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and presentable.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in

    Commerce, Management, or Administration

  • Experience:

    1–3 years in front office or customer relationship roles (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
  • Language Proficiency:

    Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
  • Only Female Candidates Required.
