Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight shipments, negotiating rates with carriers and clients, coordinating transportation logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a proactive manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of freight brokerage processes, logistics, and supply chain management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and carriers
• Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills to coordinate shipments effectively
• Proficiency in transportation management systems and relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Prior experience in freight brokerage or logistics is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is advantageous
