Description We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Customer Support/Tele Sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting our products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Assist in the upselling and cross-selling of products to enhance customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage. Ability to handle objections and provide solutions. Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
