Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales outreach (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling) to US-based prospects.
• Assist in lead generation, prospect research, and account mapping.
• Schedule and qualify meetings/demos for senior sales managers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in SMBs and mid-market companies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach metrics.
• Learn and adapt to sales scripts, objection handling, and product demos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive pipeline.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates (any stream) or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English (neutral/US accent preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, persistence, and a drive to succeed in sales.
• Willingness to work US business hours (night shifts IST).
• Quick learner with interest in SaaS, startups, and AI.
