PranshTech Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fresher QA Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience (internship or academic project-based experience acceptable). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about software quality and want to build a career in manual and automated testing within a real-world product development environment.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle
Familiarity with manual testing techniques and test case writing
Exposure to bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium (preferred but not mandatory)
Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing
Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing tools and methodologies
Good logical thinking and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements
Write and execute test cases, test plans, and checklists
Perform manual testing of websites, web applications, and mobile apps
Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
Participate in QA reviews, test result analysis, and reporting
Continuously learn testing best practices and assist in improving QA processes

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of web and mobile application behavior
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
