The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience (internship or freelance work accepted) in designing graphics for social media and blogs.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
Understanding of social media formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Knowledge of design principles like typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to adapt design styles based on brand guidelines
Familiarity with exporting assets in correct resolutions for web and mobile
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Design engaging social media posts, banners, infographics, and blog images
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign needs
Maintain brand consistency across all visual designs
Assist in developing new visual ideas to enhance online presence
Stay updated with current design trends and social media standards
Organize and manage design files in an efficient and scalable manner
