Job Description

Role Description

We are looking for a

Junior QA Engineer

with a keen interest in software testing and quality assurance. You will be involved in

manual

and

basic automation

testing for SaaS platforms, AI-powered automation, and cloud-based applications covering

functional, integration, regression, and API testing

You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify and resolve software issues, ensuring that products meet our high-quality standards.

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals

with strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SaaS, AI automation, and cloud applications.
Perform manual
functional
,
integration
,
regression
, and
usability
testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
Support basic automation testing using tools such as
Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
(training will be provided if needed).
Participate in
API testing
to ensure correct functionality of cloud service interactions.
Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and product managers to ensure software quality standards are met.
Contribute to improving QA workflows, maintaining documentation, and implementing best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in
Computer Science, IT, Engineering
, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in software testing (
freshers are welcome
).
Basic understanding of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
and QA processes.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with
QA/testing tools
(manual or automated) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to

applications.
