Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a FullStack developer(Next.js + Node.js) at CloudMate Technologies. FullStack engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development of web applications using Next.js and Node.js, ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development Build responsive, SEO-friendly web apps using ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js following best practices and design guidelines.

Code Quality Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; follow Git workflows and quality standards with tools like ESLint, Prettier, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).

API Integration Work with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure robust data handling including offline capabilities.

Testing Performance Implement testing with Jest, React Testing Library, and optimize apps for performance, scalability, and security.

Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Backend engineers to deliver a seamless and visually polished user experience.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Full Stack Development (Next.js + Node.js)

3+ years hands-on with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes)

Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Deep knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, Context API

Styling expertise with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar frameworks

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Axios/Fetch

Backend development experience with Node.js, Express, or NestJS

Exposure to monorepo setups (TurboRepo, Yarn/Bun Workspaces)

Knowledge of serverless and microservice-based architecture (MERN)

Experience designing and deploying scalable solutions on AWS Cloud or Google Cloud
