Job Description

Industry & Sector:

We are a high-velocity player in the Advertising, Media & Digital Marketing sector, blending data analytics with compelling visual storytelling to amplify brand presence across social, web, and mobile channels. Our multidisciplinary team delivers conversion-focused campaigns for global and domestic clients, and we are expanding our in-house creative studio with an entry-level Graphic Designer – Illustrator.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Create original vector illustrations, icons, and infographics for social media posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Design eye-catching layouts and templates that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and UI/UX designers to translate briefs into high-impact visuals.
  • Iterate quickly on feedback, ensuring final assets are pixel-perfect, optimized for web, and delivered on schedule.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork (CMYK, bleed, crop marks) for brochures, flyers, and event materials.
  • Maintain an organized asset library, naming conventions, and version control for seamless team access.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (final-year students welcome).
  • Solid command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for vector and raster workflows.
  • Portfolio showcasing illustration, typography, and layout fundamentals.
  • Understanding of color theory, composition, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of Figma or XD for UI mock-ups.
  • Exposure to social media content trends and digital marketing metrics.
