We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services using scripts.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
• Generate leads, build and maintain customer databases, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Persuade customers to purchase products/services and close sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Handle objections effectively and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telesales representative, sales executive, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems (preferred).
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
