Job Description:
We are looking for a Fresher Electronics Engineer (ECE) to support our purchase operations related to industrial and factory automation products. This role is ideal for candidates who are technically inclined and interested in procurement, vendor coordination, and automation products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in purchase activities of industrial/factory automation products (PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, control panels, etc.).
• Prepare and process purchase inquiries, RFQs, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, lead time, and availability.
• Compare technical specifications and pricing of automation components.
• Maintain purchase records, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Support the purchase team in vendor evaluation and order tracking.
• Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for requirement clarification.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational qualification in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation products is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, documentation).
• Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes.
• Attention to detail and good follow-up skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, drives, or industrial control systems.
• Internship or academic exposure to automation or electronics components.
